Calling All Snorers!

If you’re kept awake every night by the nocturnal rumblings of the person next to you, help is at hand.

A Snoring Boot Camp has been organised by Helps Stop Snoring, makers of the UK’s leading snoring remedy, after the first event of its kind proved to be so successful last year.

With hundreds of applications received last year from people at the end of their tether, Helps Stop Snoring is offering snorers a second chance to stand up and take orders at this year’s army-style Snoring Boot Camp.

If you’re snoring is becoming a nocturnal nuisance, or if you’re sick of someone else’s snoring preventing you from sleeping, Helps Stop Snoring wants to hear from you. The UK’s six worst snorers, taking into account lifestyle and snoring history, will be called up for service at the three-day grunt-busting course, which will take place at a top secret location.

The weekend will be overseen by the Boot Camp ‘Sergeant Major’ and will include advice from a leading Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, along with input from a crack team of fitness and nutrition experts.

Graham Carr-Smith of Helps Stop Snoring said: “After the success of last year’s event, with five out of our six snorers seeing a dramatic reduction in the level of their snoring over the weekend of therapy, we thought we’d bring Boot Camp back to give people another chance to enter.

“The aim of the event is to provide as much information as possible to the selected snorers and their families, helping them to reduce or stop their snoring problem altogether. This, combined with the Boot Camp itinerary of exercise and healthy eating, should provide some winning results.”

If you think you or someone you know should be a candidate at this year’s Snoring Boot Camp, email
